Where to stay in Gettysburg

Though Gettysburg offers plenty of lodging options to suit every visitor's budget, remember that you must reserve your room at least a few months ahead of time if you plan to attend the popular battle reenactments. Many inns in the heart of town offer both a sense of history and many modern amenities, including exercise facilities and both indoor and outdoor pools. You can also choose to stay at a comfortable hotel just northwest of the area's historical battlefield complex, located only minutes from downtown.
