  • This is a great place to learn how to ski or snowboard! They package lift ticket, gear, and clothing for a reasonable price! This made the trip "do-able" for us as we flew in from Florida! The staff w...  more »
  • Loveland is one of our favorite places to ski, my family and I we love skiing. If you are looking for several easy runs, Loveland is the place to start.  more »
  • After investigating the costs of taking a family private class to learn from scratch, we decided that this was a good option, the truth but our expectations, for the third part of the cost of something like that in Vail or Breck (Literal) we managed to have our First falls and blows in the snow (but of course in a safe sense and under control). We were assigned to an instructor named Aaron, super fun, motivates you to achieve it, besides learning we really had a lot of fun; I recommend asking for it, speak a little Spanish that was very important for our younger son. Thank you Aaron. In relation to the place, it is not as glamorous as other sites but it is still a very nice place, clean, tidy, giant and with all the reason of a great attitude of service, this of the quality of the attentions seems to be the signature and the trademark of all the beautiful E State of Colorado.

  • Probably my favorite place to ski, not the highest tech or impressive. I love the simplicity of it. Not as prestigious as the other places but also not as expensive. Good for beginners and places for the experts. I go on weekdays so I don't know what a weekend has for traffic on the slopes or parking. Has live music sometimes in the lodge. Decent bar if your one who doesn't hit the slopes but all your friends do. New lift that used to take 10 minutes now does it in 3 (not enough time for a bowl or beer). Overall a nice place
  • I love Loveland. It’s not only way less expensive, but great slopes, great staff and great accommodations. We will continue to come back to this little paradise. It can sometimes be hard to get to due to massive amounts of snow dumping on the mountain. 💚 which is a great thing for riders.
  • I got there at a super busy time (all of the parking lots were close to full) and my friend and I parked, took a shuttle, paid/got fitted for/rented our equipment and were at the top of a ski slope within 1 hour. The prices are great on everything! Very friendly and helpful staff, it was my first time snowboarding and they took great care of me. Definitely going back ASAP. Edit: I have been 5 times now and this place is the best. Price, convenience, and ski route options are worth a 6 star review.
  • This is perfectly acceptable ski resort. Plenty of acreage and long enough runs and nice and close to downtown Denver. Just know going in that the lifts are slower (The reason I am giving four stars instead of five). So if you are about getting lots of runs and high-speed chairs are important to you, this is not your place. Very affordable for families. Don't overlook it, try it at least a day. A year later: updated to five stars. They have now installed a high-speed chair, it is awesome. My nephews binding broke on his snowboard, took it down to the repair shop, they fixed it 100% for only $10! They could’ve easily charged 30. Classy operation. Thank you Loveland. We are absolutely coming back.
  • Great place for first timers and beginners. Rentals are very reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The Valley is great for learning how to ski or ride and they offer lessons for a small fee. Food prices in either Lodge are reasonable. Great day!
