  • It was a different experience. This was the 1st time to a winery area. You will experience being out in the country.
  • Well manicured and cared for park. We visited to geocache and had a great visit both times. Lots to do in this area.
  • This is a fun, and safe family get away. You can go for a day picnic, camping, or you can stay in a cabin, with a beautiful view of Lake Erie. This park has it all. Bike and walking trails. A first rate Marina. The park is very clean. The staff does a first rate job of taking care of their guests. The park rangers, are professional, and keep the park safe and secure. The park has 800 acres of places to explore. But you are never far away from a familiar spot, of help if you need it. There are lots of places to fish, or hunt in season. If you're more interested in water activity's. Then you can rent a canoe, or jet skis. There are also lots of charter boats. That will take you out for a day of fishing on Lake Erie. Geneva on the lake is just a few minutes drive from the park. With numerous restaurants, and family fun spots. This is one place that you will never be bored. It will become a family tradition.
  • We arrived at 4:05 at the campground office thinking that where received our key. The Office was closed, although a lady was leaving and when I told we rented the Cabins across the street and did she know where we get our key? In the most unprofessional, irritated, and snotty voice said "didn't you read the sign? I was stunned. (Sunday August 7) I understand she was leaving but really has no business in a customer service job! Unacceptable. When you are excited to start a vacation with your family and that's your first impression. Definitely was a Shock
  • Unless you have hundreds of dollars to charter or you have your own boat there is no where to fish on lake erie that was the main reason i came was to fish lake erie but its my first day there might be places i just havnt found you cant park by the marina un less you have a boat
  • Our favorite camping destination primarily due to clear water. Just need water shoes for western end if beach. Lots of things to do & see for all ages. PC Queen in Conneaut is affordable way to fish if you don't have (bring) a boat. Fish cleaning house is awesome--wish more state parks offered this ammenity!!
  • Great spot and has potential to be much better. The park is a bit dirty and we found tampon cases, bottles and other garbage throughout the park and on the beach. It is a beautiful area, they just need to make an effort to clean it up.
