  • You will always see elk here although they may be far away. The elk viewing spots in the pigeon river forest are fun but you don't always see elk. This is a sure thing just a few blocks from downtown ...  more »

  • Great place to go and watch the elk along with two species of deer. Always fun watching the elk up close.
  • So awesome to get to see the elk up close especially the babies
  • Beautiful elk, they are right in front of the fence eating most of the time so you will almost definitely see a bunch of them!
  • Fun place, elk and fallow deer often are at the fence. They come to the fence for food, though signs do say no feeding. In the fall you will hear bugling and grunting and may see a couple elk tangle antlers. You may also be witness to 'the deed'.
  • Love this free attraction. Many elk, nice park.
