  • Sun shining, elk relaxing on other side of fence. See amazing animals right in the city! Easy to find, clean area.
  • This is a super cute place to take your children or to spend a fun afternoon learning new facts and information about Michigan wildlife. The gift shop is super cute too!
  • I know...a tourist trap you are thinking, but it was actually pretty fun! Much bigger than expected, lots of Michigan animals to see and learn about, a pretty extensive gift shop, and lots of good fud...  more »

  • The fudge here is better than what you find at Mackinac. The museum is a nice visit and the scavenger hunt they have for kids makes it fun. Gift shop if filled with great items.
  • Don't buy their boots! They'll tell you they are suppose to feel big until the boot shapes around your foot! They even have a sign that says they are suppose to fit loose until you wear them and they will adjust!!! Then, when you take them back, cuz it doesn't work, they offer you 40% off on another pair of boots and say they can't take the other ones back because you WORE them!
  • Awesome place to visit. Amazing gift shop. Friendly people and they have a great variety of fudge.
  • One of my favorite places in gaylord to go to and its family friendly
