  • Great moonshine tasting! Better tasting process than Ole Smokey, and better service. Our bartender was Token and he was great! We also went a second time and had Deeds, and he was also great!!! (Don’t forget to tip your bartenders!) They were both very funny, attentive, and filled up our cups! We enjoyed the experience and bought a few jars of moonshine.
  • My husband and I had been to the other moonshine place nearby. We thought for another $5 each it was worth it to try Sugarlands. We were met with an amazing bartender, Brock. We had so much fun and he was hilarious! My husband said, “his jokes got funnier as I was given more moonshine.” We enjoyed all the different taste of moonshine flavors we got to try. Great prices, $25 for a moonshine bottle. You get $5 off your purchase if you do the tasting and you can stack the $5 off, which is great! We really enjoyed this place!
  • Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. Some may think these places are simple tourist traps HOWEVER not the case here. Paid $5 and tasted twelve flavors of shine. On top of that had a great presentation with Tim who obviously loves the product and knows how to get you excited about it. I was pleasantly surprised on how well each flavor tasted. Great atmosphere and staff. Take a taste and buy ya some!!! A MUST SEE IN GATLINBURG!!!
  • The moonshine tasting was great. I would highly recommend not going to the back bar. The bartender barely acknowledged us, and when he did he rudely asked us to wait while made other drinks, fair enough. Multiple drunk women came up, cut in line and were taken care of immediately. I left without ordering, I'll spend money where it's wanted. All this said, the tasting event was a good time and the service out there was great.
  • Moonshine tasting was great! Token was our guide and did an outstanding job. The apple pie is amazing. The store is well laid out with tons of selection. However I do not recommend the back bar.
