  • I have never posted to here before but I sat at the bar on the first visit to the brewery to watch the football game and the place was extremely busy, not only did I see the servers helping each other...  read more »
  • We did love the beer and service, but our food was average. Don't get the spinach dip or pizza, low quality bar food. The micro brews 5oz platter was great! They have an amazing variety of beer and th...  read more »
  • My friend and I had the best steaks we've ever had! I had the 14 oz ribeye which was medium rare and so soft and juicy! Cooked to perfection and flavorful! My buddy had the sirloin and my wife had the...  read more »
  • Poor service. My party and myself sat the bar. I asked for a drink menu, the bar tender didn't even acknowledge me. 5 minutes later I get a drink menu and he whispers in my ear, "I refuse to serve you because the guy over there said he was intoxicated" which by the way was never said. He was making conversation with the bar tender saying we had done a few tastings while visiting Gatlinburg, which is a distillery town. We had been in earlier that day for lunch and never had that problem. We drank a few drinks and felt the service earlier that day was great, even tipping the bar tender $15 for his service. Going in later for dinner We never once made a a scene, tripped over a chair or looked "intoxicated" when we called the manager over, he said because we were upset by the refusal of service and talking over each other we were drunk but that wasn't his call to make. We had even ordered food so we can stay and have a good time, we cancelled our order and left. I will never go there again and I don't recommend it.
  • Spent nearly 100$ at lunch for two people, bar tender TIM was great. I came back for dinner because of the experience. New bar tender, he cuts my party off from having any drinks with our pizza we ordered. One of the members of my party made casual convo saying we had done some tastings at the distilleries. Which is normal. We were not once disorderly or showed any signs of being drunk . Bar tender had 0 right to cut us off. You could tell from his attitude he didn't want to be tending that evening and took it out on loyal customers. Well I def won't be back. Manager by the way made a nasty comment saying because we were argumentative. That was enough to say we were drunk. Ok officer on that's right you're not a cop. Terrible place never again.
  • The pretzel appetizer was very good however the BBQ wings was nasty, the chicken wasn't cooked all the way and had a funny taste to it. The half slab ribs was very dry, but the baked mac and cheese was great. I wanted to try the beer sampler I'm not a beer drinker it was ok but the very dark beer was nasty. πŸ‘ŽπŸΎπŸ‘ŽπŸΎπŸ‘ŽπŸΎπŸ‘ŽπŸΎ
  • Absolutely loved eating here! The cheeseburger I had was amazing and so was the strawberry margarita! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive despite how busy it was. (It was poring rain outside!) Worth the money and the experience for sure. Just wish they had a better gift shop! πŸ˜‚
  • Our server was quite obviously new as my Bf and I have worked the service industry and can spot a newbie a mile away! However, she was really nice and friendly but you can tell she was really nervous because she curtsied to us when we requested something which was pretty funny. The other staff was friendly and obliging and seemed to be genuinely enjoying their job. The place had a nice atmosphere. We had the fried pickle appetizer which had a nice tangy sauce, my Bf had the Red Ale steak which that worstershire butter was a pretty special addition to the pallet. I had the mushroom burger which was pretty delicious but definitely ask to get a side of the worstershire butter to put on that portable LA burger. It will give it so much more flavor! Good experience and definitely recommend for a nice lunch!
