  • My husband and I ate there on Thursday night and we were disappointed. The pretzels were pretty good with the barbecue sauce. We did not like the cheese dip was too thick. The wings were a disappointment. I got really sick and threw up about 1:30 in the morning. My daughter and her family had good experiences twice the week before. Maybe I should have gotten the Philly steak sandwich that my granddaughter had suggested or the steak.
  • This is our favorite place in Gatlinburg. We have gone for years and always enjoy excellent food and service. My hubby loves the different beers of the seasons. The Ale steak is amazing! It is our favorite. You can usually find parking behind the restaurant as well which is a plus downtown. Can't wait to visit again!!!
  • Great beer! Had the Mountain Light beer. We usually order the steak which is really good but this time we went with the pizza. It is really great. Some of the best pizza we have ever had. We eat here every time we come to Gatlinburg. Service is always top notch as well.
  • When we ate at Smoky Mountain Brewery in Gatlinburg on a Monday, there wasn't a wait for our party of two. We were quickly seated upstairs. I had a Caesar Salad and Personal size Cheese Pizza. The salad was a good size with giant croutons. The cheese pizza was excellent - the sauce was the best blend of chunky and smooth with an excellent flavor. My wife had burger and it was very good, as well. The fries were lightly seasoned and were very good as well. This restaurant also had a good atmosphere to it, especially sitting on the second floor by the windows. Parking in "Calhoun's Village" is free with a $10 purchase (and your meal purchase at the Smoky Mountain Brewery counts). We'd definitely come back again.
  • My husband and I decided to revisit because we had such a good experience with our visit last year. This time not so much. We were seated right away and the dining area was busy. We got our drink and appetizer order in as well as our dinner order. Our drinks and appetizers came out just fine. Pretzels and beer cheese are so good. Our waitress came over to explain she was going off duty but another server would be taking care of us. He initially seemed very attentive. When he was bringing out our entrĂ©e he hit my husband's iced tea and spilled it all over his pants. We all cleaned up the spilled drink and he apologized but then said that my husband would dry off as we walked around. After that it was down hill. Our server then barely came back to check on us. We had to waive him down to get a refill on our teas. Never once did a manager walk over to check.on us because the the mishap with the drinks. Food was fine, can't complain. But service was not. I was very disappointed with the visit this time and probably will not return. And no, before any thoughts, our meal or even ice teas were not taken off our bill of nearly 60 dollars.
