  • I've never been a fan of normal moonshine, but I wanted to try the flavors anyways. My previous experience is tiny distilleries in upstate NY, they were nothing to write home about. I must say, Ole Smoky is doing an excellent job making it into a social drink! The tastings are worth it if you are unsure what flavors you like or want. The free cooler is pretty decent for being free with the purchase of 5 bottles, wish it was a little more rugged though. If you are a whiskey fan you DEFINITELY have to try out the caramel whiskey, it is very smooth, especially for the price!
  • My husband and I love this place. My husband always participate in the samples station. You have to try it once for the experience! It was free but now it is $5 to try and then they will give you a $5 coupon once they charge you. Apparently it is require by law now that they have to charge you >_
  • Our server was Mo, she was great! U gotta try the peach if u like peaches that is. Lol I would have liked to try the cherry as well but it wasn't offered in today's tasting. A bit of an experience to try the different flavors, for sure not for those with picky taste buds. All in all, I would do it again just will come back when it's a but warmer. Plus stop and listen to the live music out the doors in the open courtyard area.
  • Had a good time while going through. Was many flavors to try. Missed one of the better flavors ever The Cinnamon . But did like 2 of the new flavors. The Pumpkin Pie n Butter Pecan. The Shine Nog was an impulse purchase. Very good flavor with it also.
  • We visited old smoky moonshine in gatlinburg tn this weekend and had very good time. The bartender (rabbit ) treated great got some ideas on what goes together in their moonshine selections. It a must visit place, but remember $5 to sample per person, but you get a $5 coupon to use on anything in the store.
