  • This place has been there for a while and it shows. Nothing like it was in its heyday. No real compelling reason to shop here unless weather conditions are unfavorable
  • The Mountain Mall had 5 floors with small shops. It was very unique. Everyone that worked there was very friendly.
  • Honestly, this mall sorta creeped us out. It was small, having only 3-4 (if that) shops on each floor. Many were an abundance of items, from a boot shop to souvenirs. It did not have much to look at a...  read more »
  • It is so much fun going to this mall. I particularly like the pepper Palace. They have a wide variety of stores that you do not find in most malls. There is a magic store, & a store that caters to your pets. They even have water massage tables in one of the stores definitely worth checking out. Oh and the guy doing the caricatures downstairs are the best in town.
  • This mall has been in the heart of Gatlinburg since at least the early 80's. So the turnover has been plenty over the years. It's a great place to go if it starts raining, but every once in awhile you'll find something really interesting. There is a shop now that features those aqua massage beds that are popular in gyms. Not the same as a great deep tissue massage, but the price is pretty reasonable so we actually went back a second time for another aqua massage. There's a tobacco store on the top floor, and there are several small business owners selling their wares (hand made jewelry, leather, toys, quilts) throughout the 3 floors. The pictures I submitted shows the 3 levels flight of stairs from the top down.
  • This place has been on Gatlinburg forever, but it seems to be having a rough time. A lot of stores still inside, but most seem understocked or they're closed more often than they're open. Nice place to walk through if you're hot from outside, though!
  • I've been going to the tobacco shop for over 20 years, many shops have been there for years. Just a nice place to wonder around especially if the weathers bad outside.
  • Good place to go shopping for local-type stuff... Kids stores--candy, toys, magic shop. Adult stores(not that kind)--tobacconist, knives/swords, pet accessories... Kids can throw pennies in water to make a wish.
