We had a bad experience from the minute we walked over to the front counter to purchase tickets. The women at the counter was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. We bought a card for $20 but the g...  more »

First of all let me preface this review by saying that I never expect to go into an arcade and come out "winning big". I understand it's more for entertainment rather than rewards. I have been taking ...  more »

We stopped for one night on the way home just because of this arcade. The kids loved it last year so we had to return. Huge selection of games, decent variety of prizes. Cold A/C. Kids had a blast. We...  more »

Staff was nice. You don't really get anything for your money. The pizza is good but the arcade is a rip off. The bright side is that the cards do last forever but sometimes vacationers can't go back. Overall, if you don't have over $1000 to spend I wouldn't recommend because you have to spend lots of money to get anything.

Only reason for leaving a 1 star is because I have to.. I have never in my life been around people that have such bad people skills..... i go to TN 2-3 times a year since 2012 and have never been around people with such bad people skills. I communicated with 3 people that were just rude and inconsiderete to their customers. I would love to keep going here but feel as if they lost MY business all in all.

I never thought I would have to write a one-star review, but I just have to after my horrible experience at this place. We had planned our Gatlinburg trip months ahead of time and I was really excited about coming here, but my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. When I first walked in the place looked rather decent when it came to pricing, but I soon found out that "gold" was actually the currency used to play the games, which meant that giant crane game I wanted to play was the equivalent of $3 per play which is totally not worth it. I had no issues with the games being out of order or the overall cleanliness of the place, but having fun was almost impossible because the games were obviously rigged and quickly ate my money. You could see attendants walking all around the arcade making sure people weren't winning. I spent $20 and came out with a nerds rope and a tiny little smiley-faced ring which isn't even worth $1 in total. I could spend that much at any other arcade in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and come out with licensed stuffed plush and giant candy bars. Probably not coming back to this arcade unless they improve.

I was out with a girl named FeFe and her friend, And I didn't have enough money to pay for a pizza. So the staff said "We will give you a 10 percent discount" They truly helped me out a-lot at Gatlinburg, I just wish it was still here, And I wish That I could remember Fefes last name. Goodbye Gatlinburg, and goodbye Glenstone Lodge.
