  • You can feel the history in the air. Great visitor center & tours if you want. Awesome gift shops & books available. Great souvenirs & places to eat in nearby Garryowen.
  • The museum does not allow Photography of any kind. They have photos and artifacts that are not found in any other museum. I believe that it is worth the fee to see.
  • Amazing collection of information. Museum treats not only Custer and Sitting Bull in great detail, but also many of their soldiers, as well. An interesting museum which was well put together and contained some interesting artifacts.
  • Very interesting history lesson here. Quite a somber memorial. Must see if you're in area.
  • Amazing little museum. Engaged and committed staff make this a enjoyable and enlightening experience. Kids asked so may questions they wanted history books of all things.
  • After stopping there, I was going to leave because we were looking for the actual battlefield but we went in. I was glad we did because they had an impressive original photograph display and artifacts that you won't see other places. The curator was a little pushy and really trying to talk up the museum but aside from that I would stop there again! I wish we had the time to view the movie, but I really enjoyed looking at all the displays and reading all information.
  • The majority of these artifacts can be viewed at the Little Bighorn Battlefield Center. They do have a large selection of photographs of the 7th cavalry and the Native Americans who fought, taken before and after the battle.
