  • At first glance, I was wary to enter. It was early morning and I wasn't sure when I saw the building that I had it correct. The resounding positive reviews is what brought me inside and I am so glad.....  more »
  • I was in the area and stopped by to see this famous piece of history. They had a very nice memorial ceremony on Veterans day.  more »
  • Like most people I thought I had a good idea of what the Custer battlefield was at least that's what I thought. I did not know that this battlefield ranges over 5 miles. Seeing the topography of the ground helps you understand how the army was able to move and not see where the Indians were. Likewise the Indians were hidden from view from the army. I recommend that you take the bus tour so that the Indian guides on the tour can help you better understand the battlefield actions.
  • The gentleman who greeted us and worked the counter was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. The exhibits were informative, and David who worked in the museum itself was very knowledgeable. Well worth the trip.
  • The man who owns the museum is very knowledgeable about the battle and the battle site. He has written a very interesting book on the subject as well. Please stop in and check out the museum if you have the time
  • The environment here is electric. You can feel the energy from the 100+ year old artifacts. You can feel the history. Something to experience at least once in your life.
  • Very nice place! Please remember to be respectful of the monument. Ask the man at the front desk to take you to the museum. Veterans are very welcome! Lil shady but it's a good place to look around.
