  • Good wine! My boyfriend and I went here for a tasting. It is a nice winery. The wine was really good, it was just very expensive.  more »
  • If only it was warmer outside... the views were spectacular. But that's what you get when you decide to visit a wine trail the 1st week in March. It was snowing on and off, but we longed to take a gla...  more »
  • Off the beaten track, but worth the ride, is the Whitecliff Vineyard and Winery. Their wine is excellent and some more reasonably priced than others. We enjoyed their Red Trail wine, and was one of th...  more »

  • Friendly folk, beautiful view... wines are best I have had in Hudson Valley. Love the Red Trail and the Traminette. . .
  • We visited Whitecliff Winery on a lovely fall weekend and had an amazing visit. Their reisling was ah-mazing, far and away better than anything we've had in Napa. Everything we tasted was really good, well balanced and the woman in the tasting room was knowledgeable and helpful, but unfortunately I can't remember her name. We took a tour of the winery and walked away feeling like we knew everything to know about making wine. They really welcomed us like family. If you're in the area, Whitecliff is a must see. We'll definitely be back!!
  • Amazing wines & friendly staff. Tour with owner during harvest is very informative. My favorites are the Gamay Noir and the Traminette.
  • This is the best winemaker in lower NY without considering LI. This is a must-go-to if you're in the Hudson Valley. Been a club member for years and couldn't believe anyone would rate this winery 🍷 below a four. Makes award winning wines in both white and red. Not a one hit wonder winemaker. Don't forget to bring a picnic basket and enjoy the view of the cliffs.
  • I went to the Harvest Festival at Bethel Woods and decided to taste their wine. The lady giving samples was ignoring me and letting others ahead of me who were obviously older. Maybe she thought she'd let the elderly people ahead of me because they can afford wine and "I can't" ? Who knows. But when it was finally my turn, she poured the smallest amount possible into a shot glass for me to taste. I don't know whether or not she thought I was under age, but she could have simply asked for my identification instead of being so rude.
