  • We went to the park for my birthday! Had a blast! Employees were friendly and helpful! Food was decently priced. I even found a gift shop that was running a sale on t-shirts! Score! Had a wonderful time. We will be going back!
  • I'm only giving three stars because usually the park is fun and management gave us a full refund back. After being there 30 minutes and spending 215 plus dollars we find out the wave river isn't working and neither is the rapid river. Which were the main things that we came here for. All I'm saying is if the park is going to have main things like that closed you need to be offering an extreme discount and to inform the customer about it. Completely wasted 2 hours driving down there for something that wasn't open, I could have gone to pirate bay for half the price and more fun. Then after the manager instructed the guest services lady to give us a full refund she tries to argue with us why she won't return certain things and then instructed by her manager to stop arguing and give us the refund. And same lady who wanted to argue cut my daughters wrist with the pair of scissors she was cutting off the band's with. Ugh, this place is a lot of stress, definitely won't be returning soon.
  • All the large water rides were closed for the biggest part of the day. It was very very disappointing to say the least. Especially because it was a family trip of about 15 people and we were limited to only 4 or 5 small rides and the lazy river... some attendants claimed it was due to water pressure issues and other employees said they were understaffed. Either way, for the money it seemed like quite a ripoff! I should have took the feedback on here a little more serious!
  • I love this place so much! My family and i go almost every year and it is very fun. the rides were fun and safe, no one got hurt and the employees/lifeguards were very cautious and good at taking of the riders on all the slides and water rides. I rated it a 4 stars because of how dirty the water and park grounds were. Overall, it is the best water park i have ever been to!! I recommend it!!
  • Really disappointed in this park. My husband and I took our two grandsons age 4 there on September 24, 2016. We decided to have lunch at one of the grill restaurants, that was a mistake we waited over 30 minutes to get our food, as the workers were standing around talking. There were 6 of them working in this little grill area but all were too busy on their phones to make our food. Then we took the kiddos over to treasure island so they could have some fun, well that was another mistake as there were older children ( about 10 to 12 years of age) running around playing in the area and kept knocking the little ones down. Life guard never said anything to them until I brought it to his attention. But even then they still continued to knock little ones over. I give this place a 3. We enjoyed the one in New Braunfels a lot better.
