  • We wanted to eat at Bubba Gump's so after we ate we decided to walk around the Pleasure Pier to get some pictures. So we paid the $10 per person and had a great time! There were plenty of rides for ki...  read more »
  • The pier looked awesome as we were driving along the seawall, however we were really disappointed at the cost of $10 p.p. just to walk along put some of our group off. I went on one ride and it cost m...  read more »
  • Arrived 8.30 on a Friday night to find the pier was closing at 9, and that we had to pay $10 just to take a look. And on top of that if you wanted to go on any of the rides you had to also pay for the...  read more »
  • The WORST STAFF IN ANY PARK. THE MANAGER SHANNEL CAME OVER SAID I COULD NOT WEAR MY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES BECAUSE IT IS PART OF A RULE THAT THEY COULD NOT SHOW ME. LOSE ARTICLES?... Lose articles is everything from a shirt, necklace, bracelets, etc. large parks like 6 flags doesn't force you to take your glasses off. Made up rules, small park full of employees who do not understand the rules or want to abuse the rules to ruin an experience. My first and last time here. As a marketer and sales pro, none of the 3 parks will get my business. Stay out of the pleasure pier if you want to enjoy yourself. WORST. THIS PARK REFUSED TO REFUND ME MY MONEY WHEN I JUST ARRIVED AND WOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO RIDE WITH MY GLASSES ON.
  • Really fun but they do make you take off glasses before all rides. This place is a real gem on the Seawall. I'd recommend it for date nights for the under 40 crowd or young at heart. Also a must for folks with kids. I wanted to give them 5 stars but the glasses thing really felt like I brought my mom along. (No offense mom)
  • A gorgeous and fun experience for all the family. Some rides are great and fun. The parck entrance ticket is a bit too much expensive for my taste, but the views, the rides and the fun are worth it.
  • Wow! They charge just to walk the small pier.. there's nothing special about seeing Galvestons chocolate urine beach water, Florida in the other hand is free to enter and has gorgeous crystal clear water beaches. But these Texas bozos charge $10 for adults and $8 for children. And all you get is to walk around and you get nothing, how lame. Santa Monica has a similar pier and obviously its free to walk the pier in Santa Monica California, of which you only pay for the rides. I would throw a free $100 bill to the main owner of this place here in Galveston, the only thing is he would have to pick it up with his mouth off the floor. Money hungry low life turds. Whats next? Maybe they should charge to walk inside Galveston malls. (Sarcasm) I don't care spending money as long as I am getting something in return. I came here with a group and I convinced them we should leave this place without falling into their scam, which only brain dead zombie people fall for. I promised my group I will pay for all of them to go to six flags instead.
  • Had an awesome time. Great place to enjoy with whole family. Great choices of rides and food and the views are absolutely beautiful.
