  • The museum always has an excellent display of various items both Acoma & Navajo. It is free to visit & well worth the stop if you are in Gallup. It is located upstairs & tours are self guided.

  • The Navajo Code Talker Museum is free to enter and worth even a brief stop, very interesting part played in WWII, worth a visit.

  • We came to see this at 9:30 am today but it was closed according to the security guard. He told us we had to go through the restaurant that is open 11-4 today. So we left & came back at 2:30. Closed again. We tried to call the local visitor center. Had to leave a message. Yep they were closed too. I understand that covid has changed many tourist attractions but it would be very helpful if they updated their hours here or at least stuck a note on the door what there hours really are. We owe these code talkers a huge debt of gratitude. It’s sad the town of Gallup doesn’t seem to feel the same. Thank you for your service🇺🇸
  • Museum was nice but much smaller than I had originally thought.
  • Small museum upstairs.
  • I would have loved to see the exhibit inside but it was temporarily closed. The statues out front I was overcome with such emotions. We owe them such a debt of gratitude for their sacrifice and service.
  • Very friendly helpful staff. Takes 15 minutes to read displays but worth every minute. Just drop in and have the kids understand something of the people who fought for this country. The book on the code talkers is available on audio and would be great to listen during the drive
