  • The Garden in Gainesville is quite different than the Garden in Atlanta, but equally worthy of visiting. It's smaller than the Atlanta Garden, and has a completely differently feel to it. Because it's...  more »
  • Great place to get lost and explore the flora and fauna. The trails are easily accessible and well maintained. I would recommend visiting in the Spring and Summer.
  • My wife, myself and another couple visited these amazing gardens. Certainly active but the crowds were not extensive. We were able to take our time and review the grounds. What was really amazing was ...  more »

  • This place is wonderful. We've taken to bringing guests here when they come to town. Beautiful pathways with a beautiful melody of plants and water. Handicap friendly walkways and mulch trails around the perimeter. The gardens also do concerts and private events. Also, very kid friendly with a miniature train garden and an area with hula hoops and other outside toys. I am excited to see what winter brings this beautiful garden.
  • Wonderful place! It is smaller than the Atlanta location but every single plant is apart of the exhibit so you learn a lot! Also they have a new hiking trail behind the pathways that are developed and romantic place to walk. Been here twice last summer and this summer I love it. It also has free parking unlike ATL location and plenty of spaces. Plus it's a great place for wedding venues and events they have a very updated reception space that opens up like a hybrid space of outside and inside availability at once and so cool.
  • This place is breathtaking! I was married there Memorial Day weekend 2016. I had just over 100 guests, which fit perfectly inside and out. All of my guests mentioned how beautiful the gardens were. They walked through the winding garden path to the outdoor ceremony location (I chose the smaller one surrounded by orange and blue flowers), which set the mood perfectly. The trees gave us just enough shade to keep everyone cool. The reception space has a great outdoor dance floor adjoining the terrace overlooking a pond. Makayla was my contact, as she is in charge of special events. She responded to any emails very quickly, and was so accommodating even though we were consistently late for everything. I also loved the bar this venue offers. The bartenders were incredibly nice and no one had to wait more than a minute for a drink. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants to get married in a place like the Garden of Eden!
  • This place did not meet my standards of a botanical garden, not many varieties, it is mediocre. The staff was awful as I had to wait approx. 5-10 minutes for him to stop chatting with a couple just so I could buy tickets. Its worth the $8 per ticket. I would have been upset if I paid more.
  • Nice place to spend a couple of hours. It is quite small, especially when you don't venture on the nature trail. We will definitely go back there
