  • Clean areas, well maintained structures, beautiful setting... a great place for camping, picnics, cookouts, or just sitting. Park staff is very helpful and there's a small store in case you need more ice. The playground is small enough to keep your kids under observation, big enough to keep younger children from getting bored. Picnic shelters have water, electricity, grill, trash cans, and picnic tables. Some shelters available for reservation on the parks website. There is a swim/beach area, but with the lake so far down right now it's all beach, no swim...
  • The cabins are beautiful. The staff has been extremely helpful. It's very clean. Well maintained boat ramp and dock. An amazing outside fitness center and children's playground. Beautiful nature trails.
  • Very peaceful place for camping.. during summer better to prebook as you will find lot many campers occupied, kayaking was nice experience as well beautiful and big lake.. for kids beach area is safe
  • Primative campsites are really far from parking but they do have carts to help carry your stuff. No showers or bathrooms just Porta potty. Rangers are super friendly and helpful. Boat ramps are easy in.
  • Great park! Beach, playground, picnic, trails, cottages, camping! Nice bathrooms. Outdoir showers at beach. Nice swings. Very family friendly.
