  • My husband and I took the Beginners Handgun class and it was the best time we've had in awhile! Classroom portion was informative and helpful. Range portion was super fun and helped us both get an idea of a firearm we'd be comfortable with. Shout out to Crawford! Super knowledgeable and personable. Gave good tips and was encouraging. We went on a Friday night, walked in and were directed to the classroom. No fuss, no confusion, no wait. Great facility, great people, great service! Thanks Frisco Gun Club!
  • A friend and I had a great time in the handgun class tonight. Chase and Steve were great when we went to the range. Good information/instruction and they made the class safe but still fun. We were able to shoot several different calibre handguns and get comfortable with shooting. With the variety available we were able to see which guns we prefered and which we disliked. Great class!
  • I’d like to respond directly to Mr. Milanian’s review. Sir, I am not sure what facility you actually visited, but it does not sound like the same place that I have frequented over the last few months. Every time I go in there, the people who work there are nothing but polite to me. They have offered assistance and advice every time I have asked. I do have a membership, yet I know that if I arrive at peak times, I will have to wait for a lane. It is a popular place that is very busy. There will be times when it isn’t possible for everyone who wants a lane to get one. Also, just because you don’t see anyone on a lane, does not mean that lane is open. Perhaps the lane was reserved. Perhaps someone stepped away. Whatever the reason, I don’t think that the people who work there should be expected to explain to you the reason for each and every lane being either empty or occupied. Saying that they force you to get a membership is absurd. I went there for several weeks before getting a membership and had no problem getting a lane whenever I went – mostly because I am smart enough to not go at peak times and expect to get on a lane. Now to address your personal attack of Derrick Davis. I know Derrick well, and I consider him a friend. I can assure you that if he confronted you at all at the range, it is because you were doing something wrong. He is a fun-loving guy who will joke around with anyone, but if you are acting in an unsafe or disrespectful manner, he will call you out on it. He doesn’t think he’s the “most powerful man on earth”, but he does speak from authority because he works there, and he knows what he is talking about with regards to shooting and guns. Whatever your beef with Mr. Davis, personally attacking him is completely uncalled for and, honestly, rather immature. I suspect you have these same issues with most customer service people because you seem to feel slighted over insignificant issues. So, if you refuse to go to the gun club anymore, then I say, “good riddance”.’
  • Most unsafe gun range I have been to. I actually duck when I drive by the place because it is so unsafe. No RSO's present and when they are they have no knowledge. It is only time before someone gets seriously hurt (more than the few already hurt) at this place. The place is run by non-gun people and they have no clue. Food is good. No retail because they could not figure that out either. Plus there is no money in the retail part so they decided to get out of it. Plus they hired retail managers with no gun experience and ruined the retail opportunities. For gun novice this place may seem great but I am telling you this place is very unsafe. I live around the block and shoot multiple times a week. I will never go back to this place after a very unsafe situation happened. I drive 15 miles to go to a good range. This place is not worth your life.
  • I was regular to this facility until yesterday to come cross Most rude and unprofessional customer service when they have almost 16 lanes open with out any body around they make you to wait for an hour that they force you to get member ship, Rudest customer service specially person name is Derrick Davis make sure don't confront this selfish person that he think he is the most powerful man on the earth which he is nothing but selfish and rude and low class person. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star which they don't even deserve any star but is how this is working. I make sure I will never step in to that facility again to confront a clown like him. I am sure you know who I am talking to big boy with your lousy mouth yes you Derrick actually they should call you Jerrick which match your personality
