  • The Island Water Park is a great place for family fun! They have many different attractions that accommodate every age. The park is kept clean, and the people who work their are nice and friendly. We usually purchase a season pass and come multiple times during the summer months.
  • Nice park, with fun slides for every age. The young kids area is VERY good. There plenty of shade areas with views of the kids area or the large slides. My students loved the "Lazy River". They are good about bringing in your own food in.
  • The lifeguard was very rude. She cussed me out for waking on the side of the lazy river when there is clearly no rules saying that you can't. I couldn't get in the water for medical reasons and it would be nice to know ahead of time before I had no choice but to leave my 6 year old unattended in the lazy River. The prices for parking are insane especially for not not attending the lots and I can't believe it's $32 just to get in the park if you don't use the attractions. Edit: Be careful if using a debit card here. They first ran my card as credit and said it did not go through, they ran it as debit and they ended up charging me the price for admission twice. It was a huge hassle trying to call them up and get a refund also.
  • Absolutely loved this place! Had the ultimate season pass that made driving the 130miles, from Bakersfield to Fresno, worth it! Our cabana guy, Austin, was the best! Very attentive, and helpful! Never a bad time, my kids loved going just about every weekend this season. Thank you, Island Water Park, for the good times and memories! Until next year
  • I got my tickets for a really good price so I was happy with that, and I really like how close the park is. However most of the rides get shut down for one reason or another. The park need a LOT of work. The life jackets are broken and missing before the end of the season and theres no discount for pass holders in the rafts. All in all I think the other place is worth the extra money. But it did keep us cool this summer. So completely a personal choice.
