Chukchansi Park, formerly Grizzlies Stadium, is a city-owned baseball stadium located in Fresno, California, completed in 2002 as the home for the Pacific Coast League, Fresno Grizzlies. In September 2006, Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino, affiliated with the Chukchansi tribe, announced it would be the premier corporate sponsor for Grizzlies Stadium, in a 15-year, 16 million deal. The first game was May 1, 2002. Located in downtown Fresno, it is to be an anchor in the rehabilitation of the area, as other commercial development is planned in the Central Business District Loop.DesignThe stadium was designed by Populous, the firm responsible for many of today's sports stadiums like Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Petco Park, Comerica Park and AT&T Park in San Francisco. The $46 million facility seats 12,500, with left field dimensions of 324ft; center field, 402ft; and right field, 335ft. The ballpark features 600 club seats and 32 luxury suitesThe stadium's current tenants are the Pacific Coast League: Fresno Grizzlies (2002–present), and the Premier Development League: Fresno Fuego (2007–present), and is also used for music concerts, motocross events, and high school football.

  • I was afraid the ballpark would be abandoned by now. That would be horrible because it's a beautiful place to enjoy a ballgame with your family and friends. Not to mention all the great food, I love all the different aromas hitting my nostrils at the same time. I try to make sure to eat before I go but I usually end up getting something by the end of the game. Go Grizzlies!😁
  • Went to watch the Grizzlies play. They closed off where we usually park to season pass holders only. That stunk so we had to park at least 2 blocks away at a metered parking stall. I was worried about my vehicle getting vandalized. The park attendants were all smiling and friendly. Me-N-Eds pizza and chicken fingers N fries is the usual go to for everyone. But this time we found a couple of taco trucks that served some very tasty Mexican food. If you're facing the field, walk to your left (East) all the way to where the corridor ends and you will find them there. Everything was clean and stadium attendants were on it when it came to drunk people wanting to stand in their seats and block the people behind them's view. It was a good time, the teams tied it up after 11 innings and we returned to our vehicle which was safe and sound.
  • Visiting here is always nice. Friendly staff, safe environment for the whole family. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for inexpensive entertainment in Fresno
  • Great evening at the ballpark. A well played game, the Grizzlies won, and a crowd of over 10,000 people that created an excellent vibe for downtown Fresno.
  • Two words, one day. Taco Tuesdays.......my favorite day. This year's team is descent so most of the games should be fun to watch.
