  • I have been to Ardenwood many times over the years, and I always enjoy going there. It's a great place to see how this turn-of-the-century farm operated. Lots of the old machinery is still there, ther...  more »

  • I spent half day here with family on Halloween day. We loved the place. My daughter picked the pumpkin she wanted from huge pumpkin farm. A small train connects between park. You can see all healthy farm animals and get a chance to feed those animals. They demonstrate how farmers grow vegetables and their history. I give more stars to this place ******
  • This farm is an amazing place to go to if you are visiting Fremont. Cannot stress how much this place means to me and my family. The pumpkin patch every halloween brings me with joy. Its the greatest thing on this planet in my opinion. They have such great foods too. Just brings my family together. This is also a great place for kids since the aroma should make you happy. Thanks
  • We came here on Christmas Eve at around 3pm as they were about to feed animals. Tickets are super cheap at $3 per person! We walked around the property and had fun feeding the chickens, goats and sheep. At the end of the feeding, the staff gave away pop corn to make at home and gave us useful tips for cooking it. We cooked it the same day when we went back and it was yummy! I bet this place is much more fun during summer time and when they have the pumpkin patch! Looking forward to being back in a different season :)
  • We went during the pumpkin patch. It was a good experience. You get the feel of country side with the animals and farms. Great picnic spot too.
  • This is a cute workfing farm in the north Fremont area - didn't have to drive far outside town to get to this farm. It's a great place for kids - with lots of small farm animals. Petting, feeding and other activities occur regularly. The entrance fee is just $3. It's a real working farm too - and now and then you can buy produce. There is a train that runs for a short run along it, but it's not on all days - check their site for days. There is a nice food place, lots of place to picnic and relax. The thing we adults liked the most was the tour of the Patterson house - it was preserved the way it used to be with all the old time trappings and gadgets - definitely worth the extra $3.
