  • When the weather outside was 97 and humid, we turned to I Play America for several hours of entertainment for our kids. They had a super time while the adults enjoyed good food at reasonable prices.
  • My husband, son and I decided to go here for one of our day trips during our vacation week. We really enjoyed ourselves and we were impressed on the selection of games. I do think it was a little on t...  read more »
  • Very large area, with plenty to do for all ages. They have plenty of games for all ages. It a little pricey, but the selection of thing to do make it worth a visit. The food at the restaurant isn't th...  read more »
  • *I am amending my review as a result of the response from management when I made this complaint. I was called personally and offered and sincere apology. I appreciated how personally the owners took my concerns as well as their response so we are going to give this place another try.* I cannot speak to the quality of what was going on inside the establishment as I did not get to experience it. I can speak to customer service though, and so I will. After standing in line for 15-20 minutes, an announcement was made that they were presently not able to take credit or debit payments but that people could get out of line and walk to the ATM machine located in some other part of the building to withdraw cash. Inconvenient? Sure...but whatever, things happen. I had 2 children of dramatically different ages (a toddler and a 16 year old) and this was my first time setting foot in this establishment so while I don't have a problem with going to get cash, I literally don't know what you sell or how much it costs yet, I need a ballpark. I asked the attendant if we could figure out what we intended to spend before making the hike and he told me I DON'T MEAN TO BE RUDE BUT I NEED TO MOVE ON. I'm not the one that shut down your internet and I'm not getting paid to be here so frankly I did find that rude and I left.
  • Pricey but awesome!!!! My three year old son was able to do more than we expected. Had a great time!
  • This place changed policy about their laser tag.. I leads me to believe these morons got too greedy.. i will not come back here with any kids. .. take the freezing Lazer and shove it up . your a5$.. 8@$tards... this place now needs to go out of business.. Greedy Fork3rs..Even the kids hope you the owners rot in hell
  • Pros: I went here with some family and friends, we had a great time. Wait times on rides (at least the day that I went) wasn't to long. This is a great place to go as it has Lazer tag, arcade, and rides for all ages. The food there is pretty good and the bathrooms as far as I could tell where fairly well maintained. Cons: This is the part where I explain why it lost a star. A couple of the staff members where very rude, I remember one guy very loudly and publicly complaining that someone wasn't listening to them when they took off their seatbelt to early after ending a round on the go carts (to be clear it was not all the employees just a select few I remember). Also this place is essentially a grown-up chuckee cheese and it is price accordingly (meaning this place is expensive and be prepared to drop some cash when you go). My last complaint would be that you are not allowed to bring outside food or drink, forcing you to leave or eat in the facility. Overall: I recommend this place to take a group with you. I would avoid bringing small children if they are restless as if you have a problem and need to wait for customer service you may be waiting a while and dealing with someone who may not be able to help you. Other they that this place is loads of fun and I would recommend it to anyone that asks me.
  • In truth I'm not really a fan of iPlay as i believe Dave & Buster's has more that can cater to adults and kids while iPlay is more for kids. That being said iPlay is great for families, and the bar does offer some added benefit to adults. There are a few different rides throughout the facility, claw machines, shooting games, classic games, etc. There's enough that even when crowded it should be only a short wait before you can get on something. Recently they opened another section of the facility and added new machines and a mini roller coaster ride. I give it a 4 stars for a family friendly place to have some fun, adults are better off going to a Dave & Busters or sports bar.
