  • Absolutely lovely. Massive open field - lush with soft grass. Great for team sports, family gatherings, or little picnics. Nice little riverside (dirt) trail through beautiful trees. Multiple points for river access... the river is calm.
  • Very scenic. Accessible paved paths and then paths near the river in the woods. Picnic shelters and playgrounds are also located here.
  • A nice local park with plenty of field space for football or soccer or other activities. It is located just off the Fredericksburg Heritage Trail and right along the Rappahannock river. During the summer there is plenty of space to have a picnic (with restrooms on site)
  • Love the park. Quiet and relaxing and it's well maintained. My daughter and I use the trails quite a bit along with the playground and field for kite flying.
  • A nice open space to run around, fly kites, have football games, etc. Restrooms are on premises as well as a playground for kiddies. Located right beside the Rappahannock River you can take a nice stroll along the river or take a nice little dip in the water.
