  • This is the best place to be able to get almost any baking items. They have a lot of samples for you to try. Awesome selection of candy, spices, soups, noodles.
  • To call this place a country store is an understatement. We go here twice a year to buy seasons that we cannot find anymore at a regular city grocery store. If you are a baker or cook, you will find m...  more »
  • The Ashery is a very good place to shop in. They have a little bit of everything. They always have a good assortment of meats and cheeses on sale weekly. And you get a punch card to save you money. It...  more »

  • Been here a few times now. If you need a quick snack, they have samples of lots of items out for the tasting. Jellies, jams, spreads, cheeses, etc. They also have a small ice cream shop. Lots of spices in small or bulk packages along with lots of baking ingredients. Lots of different flour up to 50lb bags. Some grocery type items but this is not s grocery store primarily. Cold cuts, meats and deli also.
  • Make a point to stop at this adorable Amish bulk store. Samples every couple of steps allow you to savor all the goodies they offer. I make the trip down for my supply of steel cut oats (cheaper then any store I've checked) and the freshest lunchmeat counter around. All varieties of spices, flours and beans adorn clean shelves. My only advice: Come with a list! It is very easy to become distracted and forget what you came for (hello, ground black pepper!!!) and don't forget to get a Cecil's Custard before you leave. The BEST!
  • Great atmosphere and super selection of a wide variety of basic cooking ingredients. This store is a great place for chefs, bakers, and cooks.
  • Has a wonderful choice of spices at reasonable prices. I especially like the homemade noodles ( nice variety of noodles ) and I love the raw honey. Great prices on these as well. My husband always makes his way to the deli to get his favorites. Never a disappointment, everyone is helpful and friendly. We go several times a year.
  • It is worth it just for the samples. You can't help but walk out with something.
