  • This place is a blast. They have an awesome display. You need to walk around the whole thing many times though to see all the hidden in plain site type of things. They have buttons at kid level to mak...  more »
  • Talk about a cool treasure hunt! This place is great, with huge dioramas that someone spent a lot of time on. You can find all sorts of little Easter Eggs in the different displays. Very cool! Also, c...  more »
  • I visited this Museum with my 78 year old dad. He was like a kid in a candy store with excitement. There were so many miniature trains in various, detailed scenarios. Kudos to the staff that puts it t...  more »

  • Wonderful place to visit. The main train setup, although only living in one room, offers hours of investigation and exploration. The lego train setup is exquisite. This is not the place for hard-core scale purists (as in, everything has to be size and period correct in the display), but it is a neat place to explore with a young'un.
  • Visited museum today - my kids enjoyed the train exhibits but I was disappointed with price to get in ($25 for four of us) and only one room with train setups. Have been to a few others that were free or less expensive and offered more to see. Friendly staff though.
  • Great activity for the whole family. Lots of creativity and knowledgable staff. Enough action to keep a three year old occupied for two hours, with tongue and cheek humor throughout the layout to even have adults enjoy.
  • Fantastic place and friendly staff! Will be back for a second visit :)
  • Roads and Rails was the coolest place I have been in a while. I think they should charge more than $8 to see the exhibit...Puts Thomas the Train sets, and even the many train displays you would see during a Christmas in Manhattan, to shame. You will be amazed!
