  • My friends and I had a lot of fun. This was the first time we were ziplining. So, we did not know what to expect. The instructors were very patient and a lot funny. They explained to us everything we ...  more »

  • This was a terribly confusing and overall bad experience. Although it was a busy day with alot of people it didnt seem confusing. Having never been here before I read the signs that hung from the ceiling with Step 1 and so forth. After standing in line for 20 minutes in what I assumed was the line to pay having completed the steps I was told I needed to sign a wait list which was no big deal I just wish a staff member could have informed my party prior to wasting our time in line. They quoted us with an hour wait. So we waited, then got back in the line to pay since it had been an hour. Then we were told again that we have a while to wait. After an hour and a half we get a call saying that we could come pay but we had already left to go home our second hour in. There was no mention of any incentive to keep us there so we left.
  • Awful experience! Extremely long walk to conveyor belt. My 6 year olds were even complaining about the walk. Getting off the conveyor belt was icy and slippery. Lack of communication by employees both at the base and at the top. In the end we went down once and asked for our money back, which of course they would not do. This was not our first time tubing we had used the Fraser tubing hill in the past and never had any issues. Back to the original Fraser tubing hill for us next time.
  • Tons of fun! Great snow and an awesome staff! The atmosphere was superb and having the option to have a beer afterwards was a nice touch!
  • Went there with a group of friends and had an awesome time. The staff was respectful and very helpful. Very short wait time for the hill. They even had coffee and hot chocolate to warm up when we got done. I will definitely go back.
  • Pretty place. Saw a concert here so not sure how to rate it
