  • This is an average size drive through safari between college station and waco. There are 2 separate trails. But the variety of animals is limited. The zebras are very aggressive- watch out they try to...  more »

  • Loved it, bether than any zoo I've been to because you get to interact with the animals. The cost is not ridiculous considering everything you get to do there. Good variety of very friendly animals and the staff was very nice as well. My 5yr old loved it and has already asked to go again and we just went yesterday.
  • It's a pretty cool place. Great variety of animals and you get to spend time with the baby animals. Staff are not very friendly but that doesn't matter, it's not a fancy restaurant, it's a safary!
  • This is by far one of the coolest places around. I took my 16 year old nephew and my 3 year old son and I'm not sure who of the three of us enjoyed it the most. The animals were beautiful and well behaved. More animals came to the car to eat then not. Some wanted a bit of distance between you and them and others shoved their heads in to your vehicle for food or tried to steal your cups. Now I understand why they give you extras. We purchased the largest amount of food and it was perfect. We scooped the last bit out at the end of the trail. I would recommend getting your car cleaned after and not before as it may get a bit dusty and some food is bound to drop inside. But there is so much to do. We figured we'd be stuck in the car there and back and the drive thru. But afterwards we went to the gift shop and the petting zoo and the walk thru AND the kids mini playground. It was an exciting trip and very fairly priced. We will definitely be back many times in the future. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. I will say this though, use your sense people. If there is a baby Giraffe and a protective mama, do not try to take "selfies" with the baby. That is not the brightest of choices to make and could lead to someone or one of these beautiful animals getting hurt.
  • Great place for animal lovers! Totally second the baby room. The baby room is a room filled with monkeys that you can interact with :)
  • It was a great experience. I highly recommend it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The animals were awesome and you can't forget the baby room, what an experience.
