I came with my mother to have them look at her clock, which was malfunctioning. In a matter of seconds the technician discovered that the hour hand was not seated properly on the spindle and it was blocking the minute hand. He reset the time and everything worked perfectly, and he did not charge my mother a penny! Outstanding service, and the selection of beautiful clocks is incredible.

I originally purchased a clock online and ended up receiving a product I wasn't very satisfied with, though no fault of the store; it can be difficult to really know what you're getting sometimes just based on pictures and words. After reaching out to the store, Greg (owner) took the time to find out what I was looking for, took pictures of all the clocks in the store, and even sent a video of the clock I was interested in to help me make a better decision. Overall I am exceptionally pleased with the attention that Greg paid to me, and I couldn't be happier with the model I ended up receiving. They were willing to accept the previous purchased as a return, but since the first clock was perfectly fine (just didn't match what I was looking for), I decided to keep it as well and have since gifted it to a family member (who isn't as picky as me!) Thank you so much Greg & team for taking the time to make sure I was a happy customer!

Well, I ordered some clock hands on a Friday afternoon. They were delivered the next Monday. I'm impressed. And sent through the post office, too. I know where I'm shopping for all my cuckoo needs from now on. Oh yeah, the product was exactly as advertised.

Really awesome clock store! If you walk in looking for a clock of any kind and don't walk out with one, then there's something wrong with you lol. Great selection, friendly staff and decent prices from budget to premium.

This place is absolutely amazing! I could spend all day in here, just starring at all the clocks and waiting for each on to go off. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in all things clocks. Hope to come back and get a big cuckoo soon! Have a great day!
