  • Went for the first time to try the beers on tap. Great large selection of beers to choose from and sample in a flight or order a full glass. The sample prices to make a flight are individually priced ...  more »
  • I have to admit, I'm not the biggest fan of Jack's Abby beer. If I see it in the store or available anywhere, I'm not grabbing it. It's just not my thing. But, I'm always up for a trip to the Brewery....  more »
  • I came here on a business trip to the area and met family there who don't live far away. We tried a variety of their beers and found them all to be quite tasty. The ambiance in this place is lacking b...  more »

  • Our male party of 3 visited after work at 6:30 PM. The bar was 80% full and the picnic table seating area was 20% full. When we left about 9:00 PM the bar was 50% full and the seating area was about 75% full. This brewery was very impressive. There was a very wide variety of types and they also provided the correct glassware for each type! Bravo. My only beef here was the parking and lack of signage out there. If you know your way around, its easy enough, but for first time visitors when the crowd is not pouring in and easy to follow by sight, you can spend several minutes trying to figure out where to park, and how to walk in the public entrance. This does not have to be be difficult! The owners can paint some tasteful signs on the building, the parking lot surface, put up a small billboard or two, or even a series of small inviting, friendly signs! Get those folks into the building right away and make them feel welcomed! Of the 24 beers/ales/sours on tap, we tried about 10. One of my friends is from the area and he said that they often buy this beer at home. Now I know why. When I"m in the area again, I'll visit here again. And on my second visit, I'll probably still know where to park and how to get into the building (but hey, why leave that up to memory or guesswork? Put up those signs!!)
  • Had my son's first birthday party here, which is really for the adults. Food was fantastic, they catered to us well. Family style seating with long benches worked really well for a big group. Just wish they served some wine or spirits for the non beer drinkers in the group.
  • I was going to ding this joint because I sat at the bar waiting for a while for someone to ask me if I wanted a drink and then for food, but the food was delicious. I had the pork shank and wings. I'm kind of picky with wings but had I known they would be so good, I would have skipped the pork and ordered more wings. Good spot and reasonably affordable
  • Delicious beer and classic beer hall atmosphere. I recommend the Dunkel and Saxony Lager if their on tap. Only the had the pretzel for food and it was tasty and fresh, but wasn't big.
  • Great beer, good food. My only complaints are the lack of seating, and the overall setup. If you are going at a prime time, don't expect to find a seat very quickly. It's a seat yourself kind of place, and can get pretty packed. That being said, the potato and bacon pizza really hit the spot. Again, excellent beer, I will be back!
