  • I felt like I was back in the Wild West, when I walked near this building. The history around there is amazing! Took a picture next to Bill Pickett and of his star.
  • Whilst staying in Fort Worth we though we would take in a Rodeo, as never seen one before, coming from UK. I couldn't understand a word the presenter was saying as he spoke so fast and about people an...  more »
  • Had a very good tour of this place, the guide was extremely interesting and informative, and was enthusiastic about the place.

  • One of my favorite arenas. Not good for a whole lot though. Needs new seats. Its such a vital part of our Stockyards it deserves to be a center piece again.
  • Now, I have to admit I'm from a long way out of town - England in fact - so I might not be qualified to judge the quality of the Rodeo. Texan friends tell me that better can be found out in the country. But as a tourist, this is hard to beat for a slice of Texas. Our favourites are the barrel racing and steer tying - bull riding is exciting, but it's over so quickly! Oh, and there's a great atmosphere too.
  • Old historic building but all seats great. Do spend extra for box seats.
  • What a cool place! The building itself is very impressive. And the rodeo was great entertainment. We enjoyed the bronc riders - although it was really exciting when one of the riders was thrown over the railing, out of the arena, but thankfully he was unhurt - and the barrel racing was really fun to watch. I'd go back!
  • Family tradition from whe I was a young kid and now the tradition continues. The history is just amazing. Check out the cowboy hall of fame if you have a chance.
