  • No larger than a large farm pond. Wouldn't go back. Swing into lake "at own risk" was dangerous appearing. I wondered how many have been hurt. Too many people. Creepy guy hanging around watching kids ...  more »
  • Burger's Lake is a great, great place to take the family. They have outdoor grills and tables and sell drinks and snacks. There are all kinds of water 'toys' like swings and slides, etc. This is in a ...  more »
  • This was our go to place, for cheap entertainment. Several friends would pick up food, chairs and blankets, head to Burgers Lake, relax plus eat. Could park up close, able to watch the fun at the lake...  more »

  • This has been my family's #1 summertime habitat for generations!! I cannot recommend it high enough. It is a family location ran by a family with family traditions. No alcohol or roughhousing with excellent life guards, first aid and safety minded employees. Bring your own food and beverages (no glass) or pack light and grab a hot dog at the convenience stand. Life vests are available for free. Giant tubes are available to rent with sand volleyball courts available for no cost. Prices for rentals and refreshments are much much more reasonable than a water park and parking is free. In addition the atmosphere is lush, green and without concrete. And top all this off with soft sandy beaches and a sandy bottomed spring fed lake- be sure and bury dad on the beach or build a sand castle (sand toys are also available at no cost on a 1st come 1st served basis). The lake is small enough that you can spot your kids from across it if you get seperated, yet big enough you have your choice of a sunny spot to camp for the day or a nice shady location on the shore! We have played here for over 30 years and while accidents have happened and children have been injured the staff have always acted so quick and professionally any injury was significantly less than it could have been and never the fault of The Park or their employees. Hey, in a place where hundreds are playing hard little accidents happen- it is good to know you have good caring people to lean on if they should happen to you or yours. I hope you take a chance on Burgers Lake and make memories as wonderful as ours! Blessings!
  • It's a clean family atmosphere. Bring your own food, grill and non alcoholic beverages. Bathrooms are clean. Water is cold. Lots of trees. There are some grills and picnic tables but get here early for a good spot. Admission is kinda pricey at $15 per person if you have a large group.
  • What a great way to spend the day. I felt very safe and comfortable it is a inviting and generous environment. This is absolutely a gem of Fort Worth tucked near the Ridgemar Mall. They have plenty of facilities including a snack bar with Dippin Dots, bathrooms, picnic benches and grills. There is plenty of shade and plenty of seating so it does not seem crowded. The pool has plenty of lifeguards and it is a very safe environment where they stop everybody and do a head count every 3 hours. This is the type of place you can spend more than 5 hours at, easily. It is spring fed so the water is very cold and very clean. I will definitely be going again. Just a mention there is no alcohol allowed on premise and they do check coolers.
  • Great place to cool off. Plenty of fun things for kids and adults. Go during the week it's less crowded.
  • This place is absolutely a great place to come for fun in the sun. There lifeguards are really good. I recommend you coming. Make sure you come on a Monday or Tuesday because it does not get crowded.
