  • Awesome museum to spend a day especially if you have young children; they will be blown away by all of the amazing equipment!!
  • Surprisingly interesting! The main floor and entrance is where the bulk of the fire engines. Perfect for anyone intersted in the mechinaics of fire suppresion. The host had worked for the FYFD for years and was warm and helpful. She explained a bit about the firehouse; she also had the FD scanner on! Upstairs is a collection of wonderful rooms filled with Ft Wayne history and current issues of fire safety. Perfect place to stay cool for an hour. We bought a FWFD patch and enjoyed our visit! On street or lot parking with a meter. They accept credit cards.
