Idyllic view and awesome water. Got to experience this one pretty much alone. Get there early.

Martha's falls is a fun place to go swimming with friends. The parking is free and the trail is relatively short.

We wasted 15 minutes trying to find Martha falls in this location. But Martha Falls is 4.3 miles South East from this spot in US-35. Martha's Falls Parking lot (Coordinates : 34.392004, -85.618784) is to the right after you have crossed Little River Canyon bridge and travelled 0.6 miles SE in US-35 (look for the brown sign-board). From parking lot, walk about half a mile on the trail, take a left turn, and climb down to the canyon. The waterfalls is just 3 or 4 feet high and you approach it from top. But there is a HUGE swimming home with awesome diving spots and the entire hole is at least 10 feet deep everywhere. Absolutely wonderful spot. I enjoyed it a lot!!

Great stop for pictures and picnic. Has "rustic" restroom facilities. Easy access to the falls.

Hiked in last summer, swam and enjoyed a full day
