  • We were here may 14 of 2017 and we really enjoyed the company. True the museum was closed for remodel but the gift shop was open. The staff was very kind and helpful and she was the sweetest person we have ever met. She gave us a lot of information and was very helpful and took the time to have a conversation with us about the group and we learned a lot of things we didn't know. Plus she was very helpful in giving us information on the area and places to go to get the true feel of fort Payne. We will be back again and make it a point to stop in and talk with her again.
  • Potts (Karen) was so friendly! The museum was closed but Karen made our time there very enjoyable.
  • Unwelcoming staff. Made you feel like you were interrupting them in the midst of them sitting down chatting. We called the day before for hours of operation. Info given tersely. Upon arrival we find out the museum is closed due to long term remodeling. Skip it. Go to the Waffle House instead.
  • I love the Supergroup Alabama but this museum needs a remodel or just a good cleaning. The person in the gift shop didn't really want to be there and was not very helpful.
  • No place I would rather be then close to the boys in the band.
