  • This park is great for a bike ride, walk, paddle boat, anything outside. The flower gardens are beautiful and well kept! Can't go wrong with a long or short walk at this gem of a local park.  more »
  • I've always enjoyed coming to this park whether it be for the nature trails or the medieval fair or the nature trails. We have also rented kayaks and bikes at the park which always results in a fun da...  more »

  • There was so much fun packed in to one day. My 5 year old grandson and I rented a bike and enjoyed the scenery. There are a couple of dry parks and a few water areas. While we did not get to play on the water parks on this particularly windy day, we enjoyed the dry parks. My grandson was able to connect with kids his own age, see so much wild life, both fish, birds and even an alligator. The train ride was a unique and fun little bonus to our day out. Thank you Parks and Rec for providing us with this fun little local get away! Had a blast.
  • This park is the best park we have ever been. The 15 minutes (1/2 mile) train ride is a must do activity if you have a small kid. We also rent a surrey to go around the park. The park has two play grounds, two wet areas, boat rides, train ride, train museum (included in the train ride ticket), community Garden, future children garden and many pavilions for parties and BBQ. This park is very well maintained and has lots to offer.
  • This is a great park, very well maintained and safe. It has bike and boat rentals, a small train, playground and two water parks. You can order hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders and other snacks, including ice cream. The bathrooms are always clean and you can reserve a pavilion for any event including birthday parties.
  • So much to do. Free family fun and for $5 you can take a little train ride. Well worth the 5 spot.
  • So much to do. Two splash pads for different ages. Two parks. A train museum and kiddie train can be fun for little ones. My favorite is the bike and boat rentals.
