  • wonderful experience with hands on of sea life, science projects and very informative staff. Took 6yr old and 12 yr old Both really enjoyed it.
  • This place is great for the little ones. There is something for everyone we had kids in our group ranging from 1 to 10 years old. We were there 4 hours and there was always something to do. The touch ...  more »
  • We have introduced more through the images on the Internet. What we got to see was really disappointing. A pond-like fabric with green water where some turtles, Koi swam it and other fish around. The indoor area with some terrariums where small reptiles on fairly narrow space are kept. A prairie dog is its existence in a small glass enclosure. The children's area is a good idea, works but not cleaned up. The only thing we liked was the salt water aquarium. Pushed off annoyed $12 per person us to have.

  • My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The staff is great with their Got Science shirts. The different exhibits are so interesting. The outside could definitely use some work but overall it was well worth the visit.
  • My boys, 4 & 6, had such a great time here we went back two days later. They have a lot of activities inside, not much outside other than a water table. Yes people are right that some of the stuff is older, but with all there is to do it is easy to look past that. Lots of visible science experiments to play with, mainly kinetic energy, some electric, fluid, and weather experiments as well. The touch tank is the only thing I wasn't a big fan of. It was far too deep for my 4 year old (their target audience) to reach the marine animals without getting soaked.
  • Very nice. I got the impression that this is a place under constant construction. But in a good way sort of. It's small and I think they are adding things all the time or at least improving what they have. For a small town it's very well done and the kids loved it. They loved the animal section. It's a great place to spend a few hours just don't go expecting one of the largest science centers. Hopefully they continue to improve and expand over the years.
  • Went with my 7 year old and 4 year old boys. Place seems like it has a lot of people come through it. It could use some love. The touch tank was ok. The motion room was pretty good, a little loud. Where we were most of the exhibits were working. Some of the staff did not seem like they wanted to be there. My boys did enjoy them selves.
  • Truly has something for all ages and interests. Great facility with helpful staff. There are indoor and outdoor exhibits, a 3D movie theater, and a wonderful touch tank. I really appreciate the baby area, there are chairs to stop and nurse or just take a break. Everything is hands on and covers a wide variety of subjects, not just sea life. The building is handicap and stroller friendly. The building and bathrooms were super clean, even having lots of step stools around for tiny bodies. I was disappointed there is no hand stamp or wrist band to make sure every kids leaves with their parents. They offer AAA and other discounts. Reasonably priced, children under 2 are free. They offer special shows and events every month.
