  • Look for this park at the end of Fort Myers Beach right past the pink shell. It was a great little find that we just stumbled upon while we were out for a walk on the beach.
  • We were a Sunday afternoon, the parking lot is not very big, has a cost of u$ 2 time, is paid with coins or cards. There are tables for picnic. We went direct to the beach, the sand is very cute. Ideal place to watch the sunset

  • Great place for shelling and fishing. We saw 3 tortoize (sand turtles) living there in the wild. Very clean and well maintained.

  • This is my favorite beach spot on Fort Myers beach. Not too busy. They have beach access, picnic tables, grills and a nice park area also. You can see Sanibel good from here. Parking is a little steep at $2 an hour but it's worth it! Perfect spot to watch a sunset!
  • Great place to watch sunsets. Usually not very crowded but parking can fill up quickly.
  • Great photo spot. Wrap around beach, right next to shaded green area with many great backgrounds. Pro shooters use this park to take their beach / senior / vacation photos. Try on top of the small hill at sunset. You can get shots of your subject against a beach sunset from an elevated position. Plenty of shade to cool off and clean changing areas..definitely take your camera!
  • Its a beautiful park. Very clean and well maintained. Natural vegetation and a great place to spot wildlife such as herons, osprey and dolphins. Very quiet and a little more private than other areas of the beach.
  • Gorgeous hidden gem on the North end of the island. This point is where the ocean meets the backside of the island and it's undeveloped and wild beach. It's a quiet part of the beach away from the main-stream of the tourists that come to enjoy the beach. Bowditch park is the best thing about Fort Myers Beach. The park is not only beautiful, but it's quiet and allows you to really enjoy the beach. *****
