  • we enjoyed the people watching, eateries, and the water taxi was great. Loved resting our feet and the sights on the water.  more »

  • Seems like the Riverwalk has been hit by a major depression. The views are lovely but there is nothing there.  more »

  • I went around noon time. It was full of homeless people on the benches along the river. There's not a lot of shops and restaurants. I'm thinking it might be nicer during the night. The walk is short so it's not ideal if you want to run here.
  • I love the Riverwalk! I always go for a little walk at sunset. It's very tranquil and it's a nice venue to get rid of the hurry and stress of working days. Its also good to take the elders to exercise. Some historical places. I recommend to look for parking close to the historical museum.
  • We read about this place and someone recommend it. They had been here years before and since then, almost everything is closed down on the board walk making it seem like the set of a zombie movie where you are the only people left in the world. It was all out of business signs and nothing to see but the homeless right next to huge yachts. Very disappointed when we started walking to know nothing was open anymore.
  • Will be nice. Some areas are bustling but many shops are vacant. It's nice by the water with a few historic homes and places to eat.
  • Not what else expected at all. Nice walk but the place is a ghost town. Advertised as shops and restaurants. Most of which no longer exist. Very quiet almost creepy. Would not have been comfortable at night walking thru here. Great views of boats though.
