  • We were staying at the Couryard by Marriott which is directly opposite the museum. We just popped in to have a quick look around. Worth a quick visit  more »
  • Okay, it's not even close to Cooperstown. But it has nice exhibits and some good videos. The posters of the inductees are sort of chintzy, but I was happy to be able to view the bios and accomplishmen...  more »
  • Nice Pools! But the pool on the side by the entrance had no water. (They are rennovating or whatever!). It might be there by now. The lockers inside are rusty, old and smelly. They probably carry a go...  more »

  • My niece and I really enjoyed visiting the Swimming Hall of fame during our visit. What we found really neat is that when we were there, there were several Olympic Swimmers and Divers training. They did not mind at all if we sat in the bleachers and watched them train. This gave us a great insight as to how very difficult the trainers are, and what they go through during training. We watched them use a trampoline with the divers hooked up to a cable system to practice some of the dive moves. The museum is VERY expensive for what you get to see, and the gift shop offers OUTRAGEOUS prices, but it is worth seeing one time.
  • Amazing pool in an amazing location. They have a great USA Swimming and Masters swim team.
  • This place has a nice gift shop with all sorts of swimming related items from suits to goggles to kickboards and other accessories. They also have books, apparel, coffee cups and other trinkets. If you want to swim at the adjacent Aquatic Center you can get everything you need right here ... including a swimsuit, goggles and a towel!
  • Great place, great experience and my favorite pool. I can only hope the local powers that be don't let this Hall move to California- Don't let this happen! It belongs in Ft Lauderdale!
  • Just saw it from the outside, looked like a cool place for competing and lap SWIMMING. had a platform diving BOARD, didn't take the tour building looks kind of run down was just walking by after breakfast. NEXT TIME hopefully will take a swim to give better review.
