  • My favorite park in Fort Collins has room for everyone. The pool is big plus, nice walk around the lake, room for frisbee, and a nice bike ride smack in the middle of an awesome neighborhood.
  • Because of canine scent training classes, I have discovered many neat parks off of the beaten path. Recommend going with kids or dogs or both.

  • What's not to like about city park? It's large, well maintained and has a very nice walking path around the pond. There are two very nice playgrounds, one for bigger kids and one for little kids. We love taking our son here to play. Food truck rally in the summer is amazing. We go almost every week. I highly recommend it. We haven't tried the water park yet, but it looks like fun.
  • I LOVE City Park! A large lake is the heart of the park and it attracts an ever rotating cast of birds and waterfowl throughout the seasons. Just yesterday, I observed 2 pelicans, 5 cormorants, a turtle basking in the sun on a log it shared with the cormorants, a mallard hen with her 5 young chicks in tow, a garter snake, and the ever present flocks of geese and ducks that call City park home. In addition to that there are paddle boats and canoes for rent, places to fish from, tennis courts, large expanses of lawn, HUGE mature trees of many varieties, a wonderful swimming pool for kids of all ages with a really cool water slide, lots of areas to kick back and read a book or have a picnic. This park is a gem!
  • So much space to romp and play. The park is good for small gatherings or large ones and children and adults alike. Plenty of shelters and grills to use casually or rent for parties.
  • Nice ambiance. It has golf course, playground for kids, baseball arena, a lake, swimming pool, picnic area, huge lawn space. Best time to visit: just before sunset!
  • Best. Park. Ever. Tons of green space, playground was in the shade. Water park was fantastic (looking) it was the Pooch Plunge - a spectacle worth noting
