  • We traveled from Miami Beach to Naples through the US Highway 41, which is a route that faces the Everglades with the expectation of viewing any "alligator". Unfortunately not found none along the 175 Km routes. The State of the road is excellent. The transit is very quiet. At times driving on this road becomes tedious since the speed limit is 45 mph in Miami Dade County. When you enter in Collier County, the permitted speed limit is 55 mph. Along the trace of the road you can find jobs offering trips through the bayous on sliders in several places. In extensive sections of the tour, the landscape is similar to the existing in the province of Formosa, in the North of Argentina, with much similarity both in the vegetation as in the swamps.
