  • I have a condo in Panama City Beach, and decided to do a little exploring. On the way to PCB a couple of weeks ago, I stopped here. Very nice!
  • Brought clients here on two occasions. Very happy with the conditions. Visibility was great to fair based on how many people are in the water and when the last flooding event occurred. Park staff do a...  read more »
  • I have visited many pristine springs in Florida, and based on reviews, couldn't wait to see Morrison. What a disappointment! I'm sure the recent bout of non-stop rains affected it, but the springs wer...  read more »
  • Been here three times now. Very nice place to swim, kayak, paddle board, snorkel and scuba dive...except I didn't scuba dive but see many that do there. Be careful of the current when you go way down (or up?) the river as it can get pretty strong and make it difficult to find your way back to the swimming area. Saw some (not a lot) of fish, small and large in the water and some small turtles as well. Can be very crowed at times and not enough parking. Bathrooms, the first two times were really bad, smelly and no paper to use at all, but this last time perfectly clean with plenty of paper...thank goodness!
  • Something different from swimming in the ocean. The water is so beautiful, clear .... and COLD, very cold. Takes some time to adjust to the water temperature, but on a super hot day, it's a relief. The beach area is not very big, so go early to get a good spot. Would be more fun if there were areas for jumping or even a rope swing. There is a floating dock and another higher dock (no jumping allowed) There is no fee for getting into the spring. Covered picnic table area grills and restrooms are available. Paddle boards, canoes, etc are welcomed. Highly suggest bringing floats and rafts, snorkels, goggles and your go pro for underwater shots. You may also scuba dive here at your own risk.
  • Bring goggles, snorkeling, or diving gear; it's too gorgeous to miss! The fresh spring water is crystal clear and kinda cold at first, if you're sensitive bring a fitted long-sleeved stretchy gym shirt or something to help keep warm in the water. There are a couple docks, a small beach area, and a huge deep swim area. They have a pavilion with tables and charcoal grills. Bathrooms are decent and clean kept. Plenty of parking. And it's free! Mid afternoons seem more packed than earlier in the day, but still never overwhelming. I bet during the week days the park would be pretty empty. Clean secret jewel.
  • It was beautiful. Water is Crystal clear. However, there was no policing of some of the guests and they had all kind of loud and inappropriate music playing. I wish a park Ranger would have walked down and intervened.
  • A fun and different snorkeling experience. The water is very clear, so you can see really far down into the spring. You can swim around tree trunks, and there are some schools of fish. The water is very cold, so be prepared for that.
