  • I think the one review that was not a four star was not the Universities fault. Seems like they were the ones that had a bad attitude and are trying to get back at the school. They have been nothing but wonderful and helpful and I have never had an exam with wifi and certainly was not given a zero if anything did not work. I have never seen ANY drug use on campus and all Teachers have always been helpful and even gave extra credit work to help with grades. I'm still going there so I would know. I have not encountered a teacher yet with an "oh well attitude" though I have encountered several students and I believe her bad review was probably one of those! And as far as overpriced, You get what you pay for and they are not overpriced compared to UAH and UAB.
  • I love UNA. My brother and I both earned our bachelor's degree from UNA, and my mother earned both her master's and bachelor's degree from here. My daughter now attends and loves it. Great professors and staff!! Beautiful campus.
  • Very very expensive college. Especially if you live on campus. They have bad campus wifi and if you take an exam and wifi glitches you receive an automatic 0 grade and the instructor and committee says theres nothing they can do about it. Extensive drug use on campus and in residential dorms. If you get stuck with a junky for a roommate they'll remove you to another dorm room so the drug abuser can have a private dorm to themselves. Be very careful while choosing instructors. Several don't care if you fail their class. You can try your best and towards the end they will not allow you to try to pull up your grade. Many have an oh well attitude towards students who's best just isn't good enough. So many hidden fees and double check to make sure you aren't being over charged. Also not a good campus in regards to wheelchair accessibility. All in all the campus is clean and beautiful but several offices are hard to find despite the smaller size of the campus.
  • Loved my time at UNA! Both my daughters decided on UNA as well! Most beautiful campus in the lovely college town of Florence, Alabama!
  • Serious place for serious study. I really enjoy my study time.
