  • We took with us our daughter to this park with the promise that she would get to bathe in the fountain. Unfortunately it turned out that the fountain was only started on weekends because the schools had begun. Tilda were very disappointed. The Park was nice and offered beautiful views, there was access to clean toilets. A sunny summer day, I can imagine that it is difficult to find parking.

  • This place is mainly for small kids. It's a lovely little spot behind the Marriott hotel. A nice big water fountain with lots of jets shooting water up from the ground. Kids love running through the water. There is also a play area for kids and a memorial/tribute along a short walk of people that were residents of Florence over the years. Nothing really for adults here.
  • My mom, grandmother, & I took my daughters, neice, & nephew to the splash pad here. All of us had a blast hanging out here for my youngest daughter's 5th birthday. The best part about it is that it doesn't cost anything to stay all day long. It is a great place for people of all ages to go to. It is an awesome family activity, & you can bring chairs, coolers, & anything else you want to spend a day outdoors. Alcohol is prohibited here, however, but that is what helps make it a family atmosphere. There is also a great playground for the kids with bench swings & picnic tables on the outer perimeter of it. It has a great view of the river & the lock at the dam. I would highly recommend this place for people to have an all day family outing.
  • So much fun! Perfect afternoon to spend with the kids!
  • It's a ausome place to bike with safe bike lanes away from traffic.
  • Rock The South . Beautiful
