  • Beautiful Park and former horse farm, donated to the City and made into a park. Has adjacent Children's Museum. Close to shopping but has a out in the country feel.  more »
  • The grounds are usually very well-kempt and clean. This is a good place to walk, run, or jog, let the kids play, and enjoy the scenic outdoors.  more »

  • This is a nice picturesque park right at the side of Cox Creek Parkway, easily identifiable by the many American flags flying in that corner of the park. There is plenty of parking and a good sized children's play area. There are several walkways that cover the park which is useful for exercise and they surround a few pounds making it enjoyable to walk around. The public toilets are kept clean and tidy which is good too. The park has potential to be more but so far that it unfulfilled. There is plenty of room to add more amenities or facilities but this place has the paths to walk on which the other parks in Florence are lacking. We often visit this park as we can choose a different length walk depending on how we feel.
  • This park is stunningly beautiful and so very serene and peaceful. It is the perfect demonstration of Florence's grand outdoor attitude and exhibits our local pride for our parks and for our rich heritage. If you have not had the pleasure, grab the family pet, a Frisbee, a kite, your roller blades or just a picnic basket and get there today. Feed the fish and turtles before you stroll past the blue calming waters and gaze up at the rustling pines in the forest. Truly a Florence treat!!
  • Beautiful park with wide walking trails very comfortable for two people. The walk meanders through pretty open spaces with ponds as well as wooded areas. Very relaxing place.
  • Beautiful walking trails, huge park for kids, and it's pet friendly
  • Fantastic place to take your family exercise play on the outside toys or just enjoy the outdoors. Fantastic place to run ride your bike on paved trails. This place is always busy so you'll feel safe almost any time of the day. In a convenient location would highly recommend to anyone
