Where to stay in Flagstaff

Flagstaff's diverse assortment of hotels and motels provides all the amenities you need to relax after a long day adventuring. The city is home to a number of luxury bed and breakfasts complete with jetted tubs and fireplaces. Budget-friendly bed and breakfasts have fewer facilities and are often farther out of town, but boast plenty of charm and character. If you like the outdoors, take advantage of the city's mountain surroundings and pitch a tent at a campground in nearby Kaibab National Forest.

  • We had a picnic dinner here. Lots of tables, and some under a large ramada. Plenty of play equipment and lots of grass for the kids. The park was well lit at night. We will come back when we are in Fl...  more »

  • Very dissapointed in the new addition. The swings are great but the new equipment on the big kid side is horrible ... they went from 6 slide to 1 and less shade from the old equipment.
  • Great park for kids, a ton of playground equipment, maintained in a good condition. Easy to find and in a large area so even when busy it does not feel over busy.
  • Nice park. Needs some shaded areas
  • Very nice park. Great place for toddlers.
  • We needed a place to stretch our legs and burn off some of our kids' and dog's energy while visiting Flagstaff waiting for our hotel room to be ready. We found Thorpe Park. This is a great park! There are plenty of activities for the kids, disc golf, tennis courts, and a really nice walking path that we enjoyed. Pine trees are everywhere and the wind was softly whistling through them as we walked. Everyone had a good time and were properly worn out by the time the hotel room was ready for us that afternoon.
