  • I loved visiting this garden. It as very peaceful, I though I was only going to spend one hour here, but after 3 hours, I wanted to stay even longer. I wasn't traveling alone, so my companion wanted t...  more »
  • It is a park that is no big deal. It has nice things like the butterfly or bird. If you are going to be several days in the city is an option, but it is not an attractive to prioritize. Getting there has their difficulty since the road is not in the best conditions.

  • Made this an impromptu stop while visiting Flagstaff this past weekend, and were so glad we did. There were beautiful flowers to photograph and enjoy and there was a beautiful wedding going on while we were there too. The staff was extremely friendly including the staff member who we flagged down as she left and happily answered our questions at the entrance gate (she exemplified joy in her responses about the place) and Emily (behind the desk at the Visitor Center) was so very pleasant. Also, the woman in the horticulture center was pleasant. She helped us get a bucket to photograph a flower from the top-side so we didn't have to touch anything. Photos came out amazing! Thanks so much for making our stop a pleasant one--it ended up being the highlight of our trip!
  • Cute little aborium. Love the butterfly house. They're very good about teaching interesting facts about butterflies. They also sell sculptures made by local artists. Great for pictures. The bathrooms are a little icky.
  • Beautiful location, went here for a wedding, hard to access, the road is really beat up to get out there
  • Not as many or as large of facilities as you might expect for a normal arboretum, but the countryside is beautiful and it may develop further in the future. The ride out there is a little rough
  • The Halloween exhibit is overpriced and unorganized. Lots of room for improvement.
