  • Absolutely amazing! My favorite room was the dinosaur exhibit spent about 2 and half hours there reading everything about the jewelry and pottery. Highly recommend this to anyone for us visiting!!!!
  • Cool museum in Flagstaff! We liked the dinosaur fossils and Native American artwork. There's a kid room with puppets and coloring and you're allowed to touch lot of the items in the museum!
  • Great museum of Arizona history. Lots of Indian artifacts. On the way to Grand Canyon!
  • A beautiful building with a great collection of artifacts. Also a good amount of modern art. The only thing to improve the attitude of the lady at the ticket desk, dismissive and unfriendly.
  • Super nice staff! Clean museum and had some very interesting pieces!

Where to stay in Flagstaff

Flagstaff's diverse assortment of hotels and motels provides all the amenities you need to relax after a long day adventuring. The city is home to a number of luxury bed and breakfasts complete with jetted tubs and fireplaces. Budget-friendly bed and breakfasts have fewer facilities and are often farther out of town, but boast plenty of charm and character. If you like the outdoors, take advantage of the city's mountain surroundings and pitch a tent at a campground in nearby Kaibab National Forest.
