  • Scenic location outside of Waynesboro. Many wines to try. Several good whites and reds. Pleasant staff. Great views. Very enjoyable afternoon. We will be back with friends.  more »
  • Such a fun place & Ross was so good at the pouring in the tasting room! Met others and shared a bottle of Traminette, crackers & red chile feta dip. Great hidden jewel!  more »
  • My wife and I stopped here after spending a weekend at the Iris Inn. We met the owners while sitting at the fireplace. They were very welcoming and their son gave us a tour of the winery. The views fr...  more »

  • Great vineyard in a wonderful setting. Love to sit on the patio and watch the sunset over the Allegheny Mtns.
  • We attended one of their great music nights. We were so lucky to pick this weekend to stay in the area and found out about the music night. The night we attended it was an Irish band. The place had good wine and food on sell during the event. You should arrive early and get a spot. We ate out and almost did not get a table, but did find one upstairs. The wine was good, but the night was wonderful.
  • Pretty cool experience, we randomly picked a vineyard while travelling and we got very lucky. Great wine and views.
  • Good wine; beautiful back porch with live music in the evenings
  • Barren Ridge has an awesome tasting room and event room, and an excellent view of their vineyard from the event room. They have very good wines, and the server was willing to ask one of the winery workers to answer the really hard questions about their wines. We had a great time, and really wished we had more time to spend here while we were on our drive home. We had two tastings and bought a bottle of wine for $30.
