  • I spent some time Geocaching in this State Park while visiting my sister who lives nearby. Outstanding hiking trails, fishing, paddling and camping opportunities.
  • Spent the day walking the great trails at killens pond. Had a great time. What a great state park! The water park is wonderful also with 4 new water activities.
  • I took a small trip here with my family. Unfortunately, we discovered that the water park was closed during the week we had booked since it's the end of summer, which was disappointing, however, this did not stop us from having a great time! We had 2 cabins, which were both very nice, clean, and well-kept. There was plenty of room for all of us to move around, the beds were comfy, and we enjoyed the natural environment. The air conditioners worked well, so even though it was warm and humid, we were cool when we slept! There is a cute little camp store to get firewood and other necessities, as well as mementos such as tshirts, hoodies, and car magnets. We rented a volleyball from there, also, to play on the sand court, and the kids enjoyed the playground. The nature center was small but modern and interesting for the kids. We also enjoyed renting paddle boats on the pond one day. Overall, we had a great experience and we look forward to returning next summer!
  • Killens is home. Been going here since I was a youngin'. Very good vibes from everyone, peaceful and great prices for activities. Stayed in a cabin last winter and it was so much fun.
  • Spent the weekend with my girlfriend tent camping. We rented paddle boats and walked the trails. It was very clean and even tho we were closer to people then we wanted to be everyone was very nice and neighborly. We will be going back before the end of the summer!
  • Fantastic location to take your family camping or to just do a day trip at the park. The pond is great for kayaking and small boat fishing and there are plenty of hiking/bike paths in the area to keep you busy for a few days.
  • Awesome place to go tent camping. My family and I used to go camping in the cabins. And now I go tent camping. Beautiful nature trail around the lake. Definitely making this an annual trip
